December...

We haven't been up to much here in Australia other than working really, although we did do some christmas shopping and underneath the christmas tree is really starting to fill up!! 

We've also decorated around the flat with some of the cards and photos we've been sent, thank you for that everyone, the photos are very nice Grandma and Grandad :) 

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying christmas as best they can! :) 

Its beginning to look a lot like christmas...

Even though Australia is currently going through a heatwave some places reaching up to 46  degrees, we are attempting to make our apartment as christmassy as possible. 
Beginning with our cute christmas tree :) 

Other than getting ourselves into the christmassy mood we've had the arrival of Jon and we've taken to introducing him to life on the Gold Coast, although hopefully he can find some ways of entertaining himself aswell, as myself and Tom are both back at work on Monday. 

Tonight as a final good use of our time off we had a barbecue down by the beach as we watched the sun set over the sea.. its a hard life :p
